Answering any questions they might have about the services we offer, for which full training will be provided. Most contact with customers will be over the phone or via email, with occasional face to face meetings.</p><p>The main focus of the role will be to assist customers with booking and paying for the use of our community centres and sports pitches. In addition to these facilities, you will also have some involvement with our cemeteries and the burial process ensuring all legislative processes are adhered to.</p><p>To undertake this role you will need to be competent and comfortable with using Microsoft systems along with our electronic booking and payment system.</p><p>This role will suit individuals that like interacting and helping others, working as part of a team and being busy.</p><p>Crawley is a great place to work, with a thriving business district and excellent transport connections including nearby Gatwick Airport. We are based in our modern Town Hall which opened in 2023 and is located a short walk from the town centre and railway station.</p><h4> Additional information </h4><p>Post holder will be excluded from the Flexible Working Hours Scheme.</p><p>Working hours will be 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 12.30 to 5pm. About the role
