This is an exciting and new opportunity for an innovative, forward-thinking volunteer to assist the witness care team in supporting victims and witnesses going through the criminal justice process
There is the option of working from either Chesterfield Magistrates Court, Derby Magistrates Court or Derby Crown Court providing live hearing updates to the witness care team.
Working as part of a team you will help to improve witness satisfaction and reduce the number of ineffective trials.
The must haves
- You should have good written and oral communication skills and be confident in speaking to people face to face and on the telephone
- Excellent IT Skills and good organisational skills
- Be aged 18 or over
