The Leicestershire Police Criminal Justice Unit are looking for a motivated Case Administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. As Case Administrator, you will deal with internal and external enquiries, providing vital advice and guidance on a range of offences.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with team members, external agencies and members of the public on a range of confrontations, conflicts and sensitive matters.
- Process minor offences, ensuring files are produced to the required standard.
- Obtain additional information to provide to a Case Builder.
The must haves
- GCSE Grade C/4 in English Language or able to demonstrate the ability to work to this level.
- Ability to input and extract information on computer databases.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: Scale 2 (£24,222 - £26,101) for part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
Vetting level: RV Clearance (please note: 3 years continuous residency within UK is required at the time of application)
