Can you demonstrate organisational skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a positive attitude to change and problem-solving skills?</p><p>If so, we are looking for a customer focused individual to join our busy Facilities teams to help safely manage several facilities including the Town Hall, community centres, sports pavilions, public toilets and allotments.</p><p>The role will include:</p><ul>\n<li>undertaking minor repairs and maintenance of the facilities</li>\n<li>health and safety checks and ensuring compliance</li>\n<li>meeting and greeting hires</li>\n<li>opening and closing facilities for hirers and contractors</li>\n</ul><p>The successful candidate must be able to undertake the physical requirements of the role.</p><p>We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible, as we may close this advert before the stated closing date if enough applications are received.</p><h4> Additional information </h4><p>Fixed term contract for six months.</p><p>The role requires you to work an eight-week rolling shift rota including early shifts, late shifts, weekends and bank holidays.
